How This Affects Your Order

• Orders placed after February 6 may experience:

  • Delayed production and fulfillment

  • Limited or delayed tracking updates

• Some orders may not show tracking movement until production resumes after the holiday

• Shipping transit time will begin after the item has been processed and handed over to the carrier

Why This Is Happening

During the Lunar New Year, many manufacturing and print facilities temporarily pause or operate with reduced capacity. This is an annual holiday and affects production timelines across the industry.

• Normal production and tracking updates will gradually resume starting February 26

• Orders will be processed in the order they were received

• Tracking information will update once your item ships
